  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for defective or incorrect items.

  • Customized products are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

  • Refunds

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them without any penalty.

  • Processing Cancellations

  • If your cancellation request is received within 24 hours, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.

  • If the order has already entered production, cancellation may not be possible, and the order will be processed as per our Refund Policy.

  • Non-Cancelable Orders

  • Once an order has been customized or engraved, it cannot be canceled.

  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. In such cases, please refer to our Refund Policy for return options.

  • Refunds for Cancellations

  • Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7-10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used when placing the order.
